Bundoora Licensed Post Office

Extremly rude staff and knit picking customer service. Zero understanding... been going to this post office for over 5 years, they know me yet they constantly demand proof of who I am. Heard them argue with other customers aswell. Wont be going here anymore.. bye bye

I've been going to this post office for years. The last management were slightly better. The current management, except for one particular manager who is lovely but the other co-manager has no time for anyone and is quite abrupt, I've had them snatch things off me. If this was their business, they’d be out of a job by now. Luckily all they does is run the post office's day to day issues and not actually own it and make money from it. Unfortunately the staff are like zombies and tend to just be waiting for the day to end, which I can't blame them. I go in regularly to pick up mail which is always dated wrong on the parcel card and feel I have to nearly argue to receive my package, which is always there waiting for me. This is a terrible post office and needs a re-haul.

Went there today to buy telstra phone packs that were on special.

Staff scanned them and then asked for the full price.

When I pointed out they were discounted in the catalog staff got the management.



They claimed the promotion was over, which it wasn't.

Then said the code of the product was different to the one in the promotion, but I pointed out the picture was the same as that in the catalog.



They then said a customer had put a deposit on all of them and they couldn't sell any.

This is despite the fact they were ready to sell them to me initially at the full price.

A great post office very modern with a great selection of gift ware. A very large store that is very busy but does process all that Australia Post offers and is the best in the area

This is usually extremely busy but service is always efficient and staff very helpful.
