Bunnings Castle Hill Warehouse
I wen into Bunnings with my son and when we were at the self serve checkout a shop assistant Ula came up behind me and started going through the box of items I had scanned and then stood in my personal space looking over my shoulder. I felt uncomfortable and I asked if there was any problem and Ula said no. I then asked if she could leave me alone if I hadn't done anything wrong and Ula said no. The store manager was called over and I asked if Ula could stand out of my personal space and the manager said Ula was doing her job and couldn't stand aside as that would block the walkway. I told them both I was going to leave the store and asked them to cancel my items totalling $49
Most Bunning staffs are helpful but Mal is the excellent one. Today I showed him a photo of old sink tap and asked how to be fixed. He knew which parts and devices I need and where in Bunning to find them. Some staffs gave me wrong answer but Mal was and provide the correct one.
This has to be one of the best Bunnings (at least in this area). Double storey, everything is still new and they pretty much have everything that you would need! I seem to not have trouble finding staff at this one too, and they're usually nice and friendly. This Bunnings is a bit further away from my house but I prefer coming to this one.
I love everything about Bunnings. The staff are friendly, the store kept neat, and I never walk out empty handed. The only thing is, the store may be a touch too big. I once had to walk a great distance and back for an item i had forgotten. Almost did not bother, that is how big the store is.
