Compared to other Bunnings stores staff in the Cowra store lack training in customer service. The garden department has the poorest customer service experience.

Nice little hardware store located on Redfern Street in Cowra. Not the biggest of Bunnings Stores, however large enough to stock the essentials. Staff are always friendly here and will help you out to locate a particular item if it is not in stock. Parking out the front is on the main street, if taking a trailer, park out the back.
