Bunnings Crossroads Warehouse
I could not have asked for a better experience.
After having issues with the store in Campbelltown. Where they refused to honour gift vouchers issues with our insurer, after we were broken into a few weeks ago. The staff at the Cross Roads fell over to themselves to help us. They were kind and friendly after we told them our situation. This is a smaller Bunnings compared to the other ones around, but still fairly large. There are not a lot of staff here, I always have to walk around to be able to find someone to help me and usually they have to page someone on the speakers to come help me. The staff are helpful though and an absolute delight to interact with.
I recently bought a clothes line, and the staff member picked up the clothes line from the shelf for me, waited with the clothes line while I waited in queue and paid for it, then took it to my car for me. He even helped me fit the clothes line in my car to ensure that it was placed properly. His customer service was impeccable.
