Wow Bunnings Mandurah is huge. Great layout, easy enough to find things, even if I am out of my element.

I have been coming here since it opened however I have been pretty much disappointed by the lack of staff and the lack of staff knowledge with a few minor exceptions over the years. Today was a new low when I was with my 2 girls a 3 and a 6 year old looking for some assistance in the Garden centre, and when I asked a basic question to the staff ,I was spoken to like a mess. I was affronted by the staff's disgusting attitude and spoke to the management in relation to this. Unfortunately I am not confident that the staff will be retrained as the management stated "this is not like this staff" even after management informed me confidently that "I know who you are talking about". It seems to me that this staff, displays the sort of attitude that suggests staff would prefer not to work at all and staff should certainly not be in a service position.

I have had many visits to mandurah store and found the service very bad in way of lack of staff numbers to help me. And most of the time the advice was wrong, but they do have a good range of items. Need to improve service and advice!
