Bunnings Mt Gravatt Warehouse

Bunning has a good range of stock to home handy person. Was able to find the parts I need to complete a small project and qucikly pay for it. The advise from the staff in the paint area was helpful too.

Have repeatedly received less than helpful service from the staff at Bunnings Mount Gravatt, but the last straw was when trying to purchase a cordless drill. Dealt with 2 staff members. The first was clueless and the second downright rude. Although Bunnings has a very good selection and fair prices, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Staff at Bunnings Mt Gravatt are friendly, some more knowledgeable than others. The only problem is that they are pretty busy which is good for business. Just don't be in a hurry if you need product advice or try to go at a quiet time (hard to judge). I have had very good shopping experience there, particularly with trying to buy a mower. Their mower guy, George, is someone one would like all customer service to emulate. Their electrical department is also very helpful. Thanks.
