Bunnings Oxley Warehouse

Always helpful and have everything we need to get jobs done!

I normally love visiting Bunnings but today l found the three staff members l asked for assistance quute rude and most unhelpful. Needless to say l did not purchase anything. Very disappointing.

I found the special order desk people pretty dominant towards customers.
I had to chase twice what happened with my order which I already paid in full..
Thought they chased it up with the supplier...
Only on the third visit they took action and subsequently sms me that I could pick up my order..
Went to the store..Sat around 5... the only guy there said everyone there gone home and bluntly told me to come back coz he doesn't know how to get my order out of the warehouse...
He just did not care further...

Had to go to the front desk... where I got my gear just in 5 min...

Special order desk Bunnings Oxley.. unbelievable bad attitude towards customers....

Nice tidy and clean store, good selection, always helpful and friendly staff!

I'm a regular at the oxley bunnings usually when my local rocklea store has let me down being out of stock. Oxley always seems to have what I want. The staff have been so nice always giving my little man a balloon.
