I have chosen to dine at this venue twice now. The second time being to ascertain if the first time was just a once-off bad experience. However, the chefs were successful in providing poor low quality meals on both occasions. During the first visit our steaks had more fat than meat. On the second visit I chose the chicken caesar salad. The chicken must have made a break for it between the kitchen and the table. As for the salad, there was no egg and the parmesan cheese was the powdered type that is used for bolognaise. I sent my meal back and asked for the manager. No one came to speak to me so I approached the kitchen. Apparently the chef was the manager on duty. He took personal offence to the complaint, stating that there was egg in the salad and it was grated. He also stated that they use two types of parmesan and that I happened to get the powdered one. I was unable to get my money back, even though I had not touched the meal. I will never return.
