The owner is the most rude, arrogant, bitter and unprofessional person. I was treated extremely poorly by the owner upon entering the store and whilst browsing. Big mistake as I was there to make a large purchase for my home library and son's private school.
I don't know how his business survives by treating customers like rubbish. Never again will we attend the store of misery.
