the best nature has to offer from our family to yoursWe specialize in only 100% gluten free products, being the only true gluten free butcher in Australia we are able to offer our customers safe products that taste fantastic and a large variety. Our products are gluten and lactose free. And you don't have to be gluten intolerant to enjoy our great quality meat.
Eg: Our chicken schnitzel are skinless chicken breasts coated with a potato and rice breadcrumb. We also have several other crumbed goods such as, lamb crumbed cutlets, crumbed lean yearling steak, chicken kiev with a lactose free butter... David ,Debbie and Justin does several specialty dishes such as curry (yellow, green and red) garlic butter chicken, beef stroganoff. We have many different marinades. David also specializes in his sausages, beef and pork as well as many different gourmet ones. Pork and apple, chicken honey macadamia, lamb mint and rosemary, red wine and garlic, Italian, hickory peppercorn, sweet chilli and mango just to name a few.
Being a family butcher shop we take pride in the products we sell. Our beef comes mainly from British breeds, and are grass fed. Our lamb is from Victoria or the New England tablelands, our pork comes from southern N.S.W and our chicken is hormone free. We also carry fresh eggs, gluten free bread to order, herbs and spices, and rice oil.
The shop being back to basics of yester year, with good old fashion service and quality at reasonable prices.
Our staff consists of Justin our apprentice , and David's partner Debbie, we are a family butcher and know most of our customers by name.
We also deliver on request. Our website has facilities to order online and have the product delivered.
