After reading the first review in here I can only concur with their description of the owner Maria who was terrifyingly rude, argumentative and disrespectful to my whole party of guests who were in attendance for a staff Christmas Party. She did not want to answer any questions regarding the menu even after saying “if you have any questions please ask”. When we asked, she kept repeating “What’s so hard to understand? What don’t you get?” while shaking her head and scoffing. So patronising. When her rude manner was addressed by one of our party she went off, trying to blame us for being confused. The confrontation ended with her scoffing and walking away shaking her hand at us dismissively. 15mins later she sent out a waitstaff member who was lovely but the damage had already been done. ...read more
After getting off to a reasonably good start with a friendly enough welcome and nice entree (set menu), the food and service declined from there. The main, basically snapper and potatoes was dry, and to be honest, tasted like yesterday's dinner reheated. After a 35 minute wait for the dessert to come , the tasting plate, and no one coming near us for the duration despite several attempts to wave down a passing wait staff member, we decided to leave without it. The response from management on us giving our feedback was hostile contrary and excuse ridden, to say the least. She knocked of $6 for the desserts and treated us like we were serial liars and cheats. Not a pleasant experience.
