Paid for pavers on 11/12 and still have not got them. Mutiple messages, emails and sms's have resulted in nothing. We are now wanting a refund, but still no answer or replies to messages. Be very careful dealing with Buy Pavers or better yet, don't!
A follow up from my previous review - we finally recieved the money after we contacted the bank to withdraw the funds from Marvic's account , he messaged me to stop the payment coming out of his account but it was up to him to contact the bank not us. Marvic also finally paid around the same time but in the mean time, after a very stressful Xmas as we could not complete and pay for a job, we had to buy new pavers from another company, so we thought we will hold his overpayment to see how it feels. He has threatened pver my review which I asked to have taken off when payment was made but my request was not honoured and now I am glad it hasn't as I recieved many messages from people who had similar dealings with this guy who recieved threats from him for putting up reviews. Buy pavers have a wide range of products available and can easily get them in if need be.
My personal experience with delivery has always been in the time frame promised or close to it as buying larger companies products like Boral pavers will always be delivered from Boral themselves, so delivery is based when there available. which is the same from any paving company.

paid for pavers on 15/12/2017 and still haven't received pavers. have been to shop to pick upnumerous times. he is either busy or not available there. He never replies messages or pick up the phone. finally after 1 month sent him message to make police comoplaint. got a reply straight away I am on break. but still cant give me specific time or date when can I pick up the pavers.worst guy ever seen. poor customer service. rather pay extra and get the good quality pavers from somewhere else.Doesn't even deserve 1/2 a star.Never ever go to this place.
