Buywood Furniture

My husband and myself wanted to have a dining suite made. I searched the net and found Buywood Furniture. We went to the workshop and met Lee and he went through with us what we wanted. We had the wood transporte down from Tully in North Queensland and Lee picked it up for us and stored it at his workshop whilst it was drying out. When he delivered our finished product I was ecstatic. The chairs are the most comfortable I have ever used. Lee's quality of work and professionalism is beyond reproach. We are now having a matching sideboard made in the next few months. If you want want a quality product go to this man.

We placed an order with Buywood Furniture in the middle of last year - to the tune of $10,000 - by no means a small order. We were initially told a run time of 12-16 weeks for making the order. 12 - 16 weeks passed and no contact from Buywood. We eventually contacted Buywood furniture - who had conveniently lost our plans and asked us to re-do them. By the time we contacted them, it was close to the end of last year - we were giving them time in good faith. We were led under the impression that the works were taking longer than expected, however they inadvertently let slip that they had not started until January this year. 6 weeks later, Buywood contacted us to inform us that the order was ready - I was out of town on a personal matter. The messages left were terse, rude, and abrupt.
