Byblos Restaurant & Bar

The air is still. I’m sitting on a large covered deck in the middle of a park, looking at a dried up water feature surrounded by drought resistant plants. The surrounding hills echo with the disorienting hum of cicadas, singing through the hottest part of the day. None-the-less I’m smiling; the environment feels utterly Australian and makes me crave an ice-cold beer.

Every dish was tasty, fresh, well presented and definitely worth return visits. I agree that in Sydney this restaurant would rapidly move to the top of the review boards. Service was fast and friendly. Cost was fair. Love that it's open early afternoons for savoury snacks and drinks.

For a while we were coming here on a weekly basis!!! The food is amazing! Not the cheapest feed but you don't mind when the quality and flavours there. The staff all about high level customer service and quirky personalities. Big thumbs up

Excellent food and great service, but you will pay for it as the serves add up. Caters very well for vegetarians.
