Multi Award Winning PiesThese delicious pies are baked by Jean-Paul Signoret, a French pastry chef living in Byron Bay. It was at the Byron Bay Blues Festival in 1996 that he was asked to make some pies.
The pies became so popular that they decided to give them all their attention and streamline their operation to only pie making. That marked the beginning of Byron Gourmet Pies. Jean-Paul's passion since early age for pastry, cooking and travelling set the foundation for the creation of some of the most exciting, original and exotic gourmet flavours.
14 years later after much hard work and innovation, and some tremendous staff, they now enjoy the reputation of being one of the finest gourmet pie-makers in the country.
We at Pie Bamboozle are very proud to announce the arrival in South Australia of these amazing pies.
Jean-Paul's focus is on using quality "real" ingredients - pastry made with real butter, with organic flours, beef, tofu, shoyu and sultanas - in order to create "unreal" tastes.
