C & A Charcoal Chicken

Ordered a simple fish pack with chicken salt for $8. Current manager has absolutely NO idea how to cook fish or chips properly and doesn't understand that one may want chicken salt added. Result: 1/4 chips were brown and obviously overcooked (previously fish ordered a month before, was under cooked) - NO chicken salt or ANY salt with the fish and chips. Manager actually asked me if I thought the fish was being cooked long enough! Suggest you get one of the other assistants that are more experienced in cooking.

The best chips and gravy in Blacktown! The prices are reasonable and the portions are very generous. The have great burgers with the lot too. Everyone at the shop is always friendly and courteous as well.

Good local chook shop you can stroll down to on a lazy arvo to pick up some dinner. A fave for those who live 'round the area, C&A doesn't let you down. Service is always friendly, food fresh and chips hot!
