The perfunctory smiles of the greeting team are polite, but nothing more: I was able only to discover one or two exceptions to this rule. The quality of the music (contemporary light-rock style) is quite good. The best preaching - strangely - is given by volunteer lay-preachers: the salaried pastors who preach most of the time are disappointingly dull.

C3 Monash offers a full range of age-specific groups for youth and young adults: but similar to elsewhere, few will succeed in breaking into the various church-cliques to find any friendship.
