Really dislike this joint. It is a lovely location, however the staff that appears to be the management is extremely rude! i have lost count on the amount of times my friend insisted going to the place because she likes the coffee but the staff/management spoke down to her and was basically very rude and unaccommodating. After a few visits with her, I stopped going and will never go again and don't recommend this place purely because of the lack/poor customer service. I do remember once, ordering Hot chocolate hope it would be nice and frothy on a cold winter's day but it was a plain boring hot chocolate i could have made at home and in a small glass. So i can not see what all the fuss is about this place.
if it's one place i don't mind handling the noise of then it's Neptunes. I've been there at all times of the day and never been disappointed. the staff are friendly, the food is moderately priced but then i've never had a bad meal so it's definitely bang for your buck. i recommend any of the platters.
I am always greeted by the friendly staff the minute I walk in.
It's a relaxing, comfortable and cosy environment and this place is always filled.
I have a weakness for their meat souvlaki meze served with chips and salad, pita bread and tzatziki. It is fresh, tastes great and the presentation of food is neat and eye catching.
Their pancakes are delicious and I can't help myself licking the plate clean. It really is that great!
It is reasonably affordable for a good sized portion meal.
