If you are considering a winter break in the tropics for the family, Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort could be perfect. 'Coconuts' as it is affectionately known by guests is one of the most awarded resorts in Australia making it a first choice for locals and tourists alike.

A huge list of activities includes the colourful Splash waterpark, a large resort swimming pool with waterslide, two giant shaded jumping pillows, an 18 hole mini golf course to provide endless fun for children of all ages.

All guests are given a guided tour around the 28 acre property in one of our themed buggies on arrival. It is often only then that they realize that we have a second resort pool and warm spa, a quality new gymnasium, a NEOS 360 interactive play hub, Mini Coconuts 0-6 indoor playground, giant chess set, climbing Spyder and table tennis along with special activities such as our weekly free pancake breakfast and rides around the resort in Big Red, our fire truck.

Activities include aqua aerobics three times a week, outdoor movies on the big screen and seasonal entertainment.

The resort has eight different styles of free standing, self-contained holiday units. Couples and small families can choose from open plan cabins, while those looking for more room will be happy with the large spacious three bedroom, two bathroom Coconut Condos complete with their own laundry and BBQ on the verandah and a hammock for swinging away the afternoon.

Caravanners, motorhomers, and campers can choose from a large selection of Ensuite Sites, Powered Slab Sites or Grass Camping Sites.
