Caloundra Sewing Centre

I put my Husqvarna sewing machine in to be repaired in July 2014. I phoned every 2-3 weeks to see if it was ready. No, not yet I kept being told. In September I was told it was a part that had to be sourced from Sydney and I agreed to pay for it. I continually phoned again. In December I was told that I needed to send my machine TO Sydney. I said No, just get the old part back and I will pick up the machine and the broken part (to take somewhere else I had decided). I kept phoning to see if the part was back. No, no, not yet. Finally, in May 2015 I stood in front of the owner and asked "Do you actually still HAVE my machine". He said "Well, I think I threw it out". When I asked why, and what he was going to do about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "It wasn't worth anything - it wasn't working anyway".
