Totally hopeless, lost my carpet , blamed others for losing it. Failed to return phone calls, required constant follow up of their promises , numerous excuses . Harvey Norman left a message for them on a Wed but by the following Monday, they hadn't contacted them back at all to arrange my carpet to be returned. Claimed HN take 7-10 days to supply carpet but in fact the carpet was in stock and it is a 2 day turnaround. I had to call them myself to confirm information. Muppets.
