I visited in February 2017 and the fee for half leg and bikini wax had increased by $20 since I was last there in December 2016! I was very shocked, especially as it wasn't a very good waxing session - the person took ages to do it and the bikini wax was too hot. There are plenty of other options for waxing in the area that are much cheaper - definately not worth paying $15-$20 more than anywhere else

Terrible facial. My partner bought me a voucher for a facial and it was seriously the worst beauty treatment I have ever experienced. The therapist was very rough and clumsy - I had fingers being poked in my nose, eyes and ears. She didn't use a hair cover for my hair, so product ended up in my hair. Plus the scalp massage was so vigorous I had hair like frankenstein in the end - huge, teased up and greasy. The rooms are very dark too, which I think would make it impossible for the therapist to assess your skin or see if a product is irritating skin. Plus it's quite dirty there. I have a voucher for free facial there but there's no way I'm going back for another facial - even if it's free.

the worst, most painful bikini wax i have EVER had. the technician was clearly inexperienced, and was pulling the wax off in the slowest, jerkiest movements. i couldn't believe it. but when i told the staff it was far more painful than usual, basically said it was *my* fault for not coming in sooner. i always go 4-6 months between sessions - and no one else has ever done poor a job (or blamed any pain i felt on my failure to maintain). in the end, i was just dying to get out of there. i went home with wax all over me, and my bikini looks terrible. leftover hair everywhere... i should have known after the excruciatingly long and yet still remarkably sloppy manicure i had there a few months ago. stay away. seriously. they're friendly, but terrible.

Inexperienced staff in both facial treatments and massage therapy. Poor cleanliness practices and the treatments rooms are very very cold. I would not recommend you give your money to this estabishment. You will only be disappointed.

Great massage packages (especially the couples options!!), it is a delightful experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are very helpful. The fitout of the different rooms is quite nice and the products that they use smell amazing.
