The owners Nick Constable and Frank Walmsley have both lived and worked in Canberra for over 30 years and between them have 20 yearsâ?? experience in property and construction businesses in the ACT.

We describe this as a detached residential structure built in a backyard. You could describe the secondary residence structures as studios, granny flats or self-contained units.
