DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! First the watch I purchased was scratched, then I returned it and 4 weeks later I am still waiting for my replacement. I actually took the time to go into the shop as no one has contacted me to tell me what is going on. I have continually called to find out when my new watch will be in, every time I call, no one seems to know what I am talking about or when it will arrived, they say they are going to call me back and never do! TOTALLY HOPELESS and I will never shop here again!

This jewellery company has really lowered its standards in terms of the salespeople they have employed and as a result are damaging their reputation.There are so many other jewellery shops with more experienced and definitely more friendly staff.We will be going elsewhere from now on.
