Booked 3.5 weeks in advance for my 25th and dads 50th.thry couldn't find our booking, didn't offer us a table, didn't apologise, didn't speak to management, ruined our night, we couldn't dine elsewhere as it was 6:30pm and everywhere was booked. Ruined a double birthday. Will never consider going back.
Love this place - though definately best for a treat, not an everyday location! Have been a number of times, so far, excellent! Fast and friendly service, large meals for good prices. Don't expect fine dining, then complain if you don't get it, this is a burger bar though and through. Love the tipping service idea, and decor. Drinks are a little on the pricey side, but range is excellent. Am going back on Thursday, and bringing visitors, looking forward to it!
I have always enjoyed Captain America's but treat it more of an experience rather than a regular restaurant to go to. It is unique and fun themed, meals are extremely generous in size and the food has always been enjoyable. Some meals are a bit pricey but generally okay. Staff can be a little inexperienced dropping things or handing hot plates over people/babies etc. This could be due to the small restaurant. Generally this restaurant is a fun place to go on a occasion.
I went here with a large group of friends attempting the burger challenge. The place is rather small, but cosy at the same time. The decor is your typical american style decor, so never a dull moment. I found the food servings here really generous, and at the same time the quality was really good. The staff are friendly and I'd definitely recommend this place if you're from the area. Otherwise it's quite the drive to get here and may not be so worth while.
