I would not recommend this company. My pool installation was completed 18 months ago and I have had problems with it since it was 'completed'. The tiling around the pool is uneven and was never grouted or sealed. The excuse for not completing this was that the wet weather would discolour the tiles but even after 18 months the job has not been completed. The tiles are uneven and slope away from the pool so any water runs away from the pool nistead of back into it. In one area, the tiles slope towards a corner of the retaining walls causing pooling of water which takes days to dry. After 13 months, many of the coping tiles became loose and now tip dangerously towards the pool when stepped on. This was reported immediately after it was noticed yet has still not been fixed, nor even inspected by Capital Country Pools. Although the pool itself is nice, the overall installation, product finish and after sales support is far from satisfactory.
Update: Paul from Capital Country Pools visited today and explained the reason for the tiles sloping away from the pool. This is required for sanitary purposes and to assist in keeping the pool clean. He also agreed to put a drain in to minimise the water pooling, in addition to fixing the coping tiles. So, maybe my initial review was hasty - the boys are very busy this time of year and they do strive their best for customer satisfaction.
Great Pool company. My family loves my new pool. Approval process went smoothly. The staff at Capital Country Pools handled everything professionally. Construction was less of a hassle than I originally thought it would be. Sharyn and Paul were a phone call away. For the price I paid the product is simply amazing. Thanks guys for making the entire process so easy. I highly recommend you to anyone.
After shopping around for two pools from my duplex I was introduced to Paul from Capital Country Pools who was very professional and gave me the best deal I could possibly get on my 2 pools.
