I chose Captivate Dental as they offer 'The Wand' needle at a reasonable price. I was holding back from going to the dentist for so long. The experience today was very pleasant for me. From start to finish a professional, friendly, wonderful, stress free experience. I didn't feel the needle at all. I feel fantastic knowing I have overcome my fears with the needle. Have had several veneers fall off in just over a year. They claim no responsibility.
Patient was aware that due to his bite and his aesthetic demands he must wear a night splint to protect veneers. Patient has decided to ignore this advice. I have offered to recement any veneers that may have debonded for no cost. Patient will not have a reasonable conversation with me.
