Negative experience.. I was scammed as a woman to buy a car from there. I went home and changed my mind and gave them email to cancel before 24 hours was met. I want a refund and they wont give. Countless calls and emails to them and no reply. I was told I would get a refund but no talk from company. Its been 2 months since i cancelled.
What can I say! Bought a car - Holden Cruze 2010. It made a weird sound. I asked, what was that, the guy said, ah dont worry, that was because the car has not been driven. Test drive, no sound everything fine. 3months later, the whole car stops moving. Tow it to Blacktown Holden, they check and give me the bad news. Whole transmission gone. Had to fix it myself.
2nd time, I went, looked at a Subaru, guy asked for $32k. In order to start bargaining, I said $28k. The guy wents nuts. "Do you know what you are talking about? Get out of here, you wasting my time!!!". I just stood there shocked! Turned away. Never went to that place again.
I bought a car from my friend but when we went to transfer the registration we were told the car wasn't in her name. After a phone call to rms we found out the car had been transferred into this dealerships name. However they had never had the car in their possession. My friend was going to trade in this car for another car from Empire auto group but the trade didn't go ahead because the other car had been written off. However the dealership still transferred the registration into their name. I called them numerous times to sort this out, they told me to get a blue slip then the car would automatically be in my name. In their system they apparently had this car as wrecked and weren't willing to delete the transfer without proof they never had the car, but there was no contract or no proof other than the fact I had the car sitting in my driveway. Got a car from empire auto group minchinbury only got it to the freeway on the way home when it started to over heat.Let it cooled down then drove it some more when it got hot again got it towed home it has been over a week before anything happen found out it has a blown head gasket
