they did gas installed my ford falcon after same day it broke in the middle of no where with my family i brought back and then they swore f word threatened me in front of my child very violent and they do not know what is customer service do not go there waste money time.

If you want bad customer service this is the place to go..
Brought my car to them and originally found them not to be that bad, however after recent experiences will not be returning. Advised originally I had issues with my gears and asked them to check, they advised they couldn't see anything and it was running fine - understood as it didn't always happened. Mentioned again before another service as it started happening again and was told the same, that it was running fine and it was probably 'my driving causing the issue' - not ok to say to your customer who has a long, clean and safe driving record and also drives for a living!

Completely overpriced and condesending admin ladies! Took my car here trusting a local mechanic to be ripped off just like the 2 places I had been to previously. My brother dealt with them on the phone and due to them relocating it meant the work that was required on my car after the initial $800 radiator was unable to be done. Called a few other places and they could've done the radiator for half the price these rip offs charged. After going in to collect my keys as the invoice had been paid they wouldn't hand my keys over and tried to coax me into signing a disclaimer cause in their words "the car won't even make it 50m or to the end of our driveway" which was an absolute lie as I made it to the next place who agreed to do the thermostat that it needed! One of the ladies then had the cheek to try and tell me "we got the overflow for you at cost price" as if they had done me a favour!! Rude, rude and more rude! In the beginning they were great and very nice. But after my last experience, I won't be going back. I 'needed' both sets of brakes and brake fluid done - which cost $1600 plus $225 for 99 point service (I own a 14year old echo). I didn't have an option to say no as the car was already in pieces. When I went to pick up the car (after they rang telling me it was ready), they didn't have all the parts and it had to stay overnight. Admin proceed to tell me that if I went for regular services that it wouldn't cost so much. I told her that I do come at the recommended miles/dates. She then looked at the computer system, and realised I do come regular and then changed her tone. My partners car also got serviced the same day, and she had her tyres rotated at extra cost and without being told. Admin treated my partner and I very different when in the waiting room. Very disappointed with service and advice I received. Told my breaks needed fixing ASAP - $600 - that It was dangerous to drive my car as they were. When I questioned the price they argued it saying their parts were the best quality - Ferrari grade (like my Hyundai Getz needs Ferrari grade breaks!). They were very patronising when I said no - made me feel like I was an idiot and putting myself at risk. Took my car to breaks specialist who said the breaks were fine and refused to fix them because it would be unethical.

So don't go to car clinic. They are either trying to manipulate you into fixing something that doesn't need fixing or they have no idea what they're talking about. I don't know which is worse.
