After enduring the usual sales hype at the larger retailers in my search for a suitable laptop it was a relief to find this place. They didn't have exactly what I needed on the shelf but were able to modify a laptop to suit my needs and it didn't cost a fortune. So happy with my new laptop and with the service I received - they explain things in a way that a non techy person can understand. M
Picked up my new computer this week and the technician was great (well all the staff were lovely), my new laptop was all set up for me, so when I got it home, I just had to plug in, and I was all set. Couldn't ask for a better service, won't go anywhere else, perfect service and very polite staff!
Bought NEW computer and had to take it back 3 times because of issues. Improper installations and failing hard drive. They still wouldn't fix it properly so I went to a different computer store in launceston. Definitely would not ever buy from again.

To the best of our knowledge, between both of our stores, we haven’t had a single new computer return in a manner in which you describe so we’d like to get to the bottom of this issue and resolve it for you. Improper installations, failing hardware and then not fixing the issues is categorially not something we do. We pride ourselves on our quality products and exceptional customer service and would never allow any of our customers to leave without doing everything we can to fix their issues first. Absolutely wonderful and caring service. Each time I have gone in there for a new laptop, Question, help setting up a website etc, I've had perfect service. They all go out of there way to make you feel important!
I would highly reccommend Carbil Computers to anyone wanting that friendly service.
