They moved everything perfectly and did the job well.
Just one thing to note you need to pay cash sometimes.

I just wanted to say a huge thanks to Steven and his partner for the move yesterday. Arrived on time, after sorting out a safe place to park (no cowboy parking). Worked through, took just under the estimated time. Wrapped and packed everything so NOTHING got damaged including a tricky large fridge freezer and a lot of of Ikea furniture, which we all know doesn't travel well. I have moved house over 30 times and their service was amongst the best.

These guys moved us from the Northern Beaches to the Shore and they did a very good job. These guys were the first movers I've used that actually turned up early. Also they just put there heads down and got on with it. None of the usual complaining. Plus on top of all that they were one of the cheaper quotes I got through.

How on earth does this business have a rating of 4.5* on here???
Came 3 hours late.
Quoted me $110 an hour over the phone (same as their website) and was charged $250 ! (for 1 hour 45 mins work. I am aware of the 2-hour minimum).
Removalists demanded cash (even though the website says 'cash or credit card' and has Visa/Mastercard logos). They eventually gave me a lift to an ATM in Crows Nest and didn't return me home because they had to go to their next job.
Left plastic packing tape over the garage and front lawn (only discovered it afterwards).

Simply put unprofessional and a borderline scam! Skip this one, move and and find someone else.

I’d definitely recommend Careful Movers. Logan and Tony were professional, helpful and made the whole process so easy. They were very efficient too. I’d have no hesitation in using their services again. Thanks!
