I called to book in my car for a roadworthy certificate. The staff who answered the phone was still having a yelling match with someone else and he was swearing his head off. He asked me to hold on, then I heard him yell an offensive remark. I promptly hung up. As a woman, I hate every time i have to deal with this. Show some professionalism guys; we make up 50% of the population and we all have cars!
