Emma & the team at Carpet One Loganholme has been replacing floor coverings in the properties I manage for the last 10 years & they have always been extremely competitive on price & willing to assist wherever possible during the removal & laying processes. I would, & have, strongly recommended them to friends & family where the need new floor coverings or even curtaining. You will not go wrong by at laest meeting them & obtaining a quote.

Our insurance were very slow with our claim. Emma started the ball rolling and had our carpet and timber flooring down in quick time at a really good price to us.

Fantastic team to deal with! I was a super impressed with the knowledge and helpful advice Emma provided when quoting us. The installer (sorry his name escapes me) worked around us to schedule a time. He was friendly, polite and obviously knew what he was doing! So happy with the over all result, will definitely be using Emma and the team again!
Great experience with Carpet One Underwood- fantastic customer service. Emma was so knowledgeable, friendly and proffessional. Everything went smoothly, according to schedule and the carpert layers were friendly, helped move furniture and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent service from the sales team to the admin staff in the house, and of course the installers. We have dealt with Carpet One since 2010 and haven’t bothered going elsewhere as we’ve always been looked after well. We have installed many products from them including carpet, bamboo floors, curtains, blinds etc
Being a family-based company they are very personable to deal with. I really liked how they come to your house and help you choose colours based on your décor. We have had no issues with Carpet One and any problems were immediately addressed and rectified. I have recommended them to my family and friends.
