Don't use this store as they have rude staff and poor service
Had my carpet installed paid extra for the board and could feel the nails on your feet as your are walking
In the bedroom the carpet was not installed properly as it is starting to frail on the edges
Talked to service staff who forgot about scheduled appointment
Damaged carpet delivered. Spoke to store and I was blamed for not unrolling the carpet in the store to inspect it. Very rude and unhelpful. Contacted head office, given a polite email and told there was a disclaimer in with the carpet. There was no disclaimer and they only gave me an almost illegible copy of the order. Never any explanation or advice given on collection goods and inspecting, or about a disclaimer that was not even provided. I paid for new carpet and was given damaged stock. When the carpet was rolled up they would have seen the damage.
Go to the many competitors because if you have a problem Carpet Right will run away, and use multiple excuses as to why it is not their fault.
I am sure the tradies that lay the carpet for them are fine, it is the Carpet Right store that has no idea what customer service is and are unwilling to help.
I didn't buy my carpet from here because I didn't think they were very nice! I liked their range (the Belrose showroom is large and showcases a great variety) and I was able to choose a carpet I was happy with. They came out and did the measure and I was just about to go ahead. Every time I spoke to them on the phone I felt like I was bothering them and like I was being annoying (I don't think I was... just normal carpet type inquiries like: "is 'X' colour in stock" e.t.c.). I thought - what am I doing? Why am I giving my business to people who are so unfriendly? I decided to go with another provider who (in addition to being MUCH nicer) was cheaper (win-win). I could provide the name of the Carpet Right Belrose sales rep I dealt with, but I don't know that would be appropriate. I think these guys need to lift their game.
we recently used these guys to lay carpet in our new home. they were friendly, helpful and also reasonably priced.
After the initial measure and quote stage we were invited to their showroom to pick out our new carpet. we were met by their friendly team and given plenty of advice on the feel and look of each carpet.
We were struggling to make up our mind with what carpet to go with and were advised that we could take our favourites home to think about what we wanted to go with.
I highly recommend this team, i found them a pleasure to deal with.
