BUYERS BEWARE! If i could rate this dealership in the negative I would!! This is THE MOST dishonest, untrustworthy dealership I've ever had dealings with. I purchased a Toyota Commuter bus for business purposes and these people "Paul and Bart" painted the picture of this vehicle being a top quality pristine vehicle. Hello Suzanne and Neville, sorry we could not meet your expectations on the purchase of your 2018 commuter bus with 42,000 km. We strive as a business and work hard to meet our customers expectations. I do feel we tried extremely hard to do this. After a month of holding the vehicle because you were too busy to collect it Bart actually got up at 5 am and drove it to our Erina branch so it could be closer to where you live at the Hunter Valley. When you picked up the car, Brett did everything he could to accommodate your specific needs in things and you even praised him after that to me.

I'm from the Sutherland Shire. I recently searched Carsales looking for a VW Transporter van. I saw in the add that the car was at Carr's Cars in Brookvale. It jogged my memory as I had bought a car many years ago in 2010 online from this same dealership. Back then the service and delivery of my vehicle was great and I was impressed with the professional experienced service. Today when looking at this car online, I was filled with confidence straight away when I saw Carr's Cars. I don't regularly buy used cars, but Paul Carr and his small team in my experience only stock high quality honest used cars. Their service and attention to detail is fantastic. I recently purchased a 2015 hyundai camper and traded in my vehicle. I got a fair price on the trade in and I couldn't be happier with the new vehicle.
