Poor service! Beware of statutory warranty, conditions of warranty conveniently altered by carworks to cover themselves. Paid cash for a car that has major problems. (Lemon) Sits in my driveway sadly as l don’t even want to drive it!!

I would just like to thank the team at Carworks Ballarat, Michael helped myself and my dad without any hesitation and with lovely service. I praise Michael's work and providing us with a quick turn around from Sunday to Tuesday. Thank you all, I will certainly enjoy my new car.

90k service done and dusted. New tyres fitted as well. I feel like I have a new koleos again. Can’t thank the service dept and sales team (Dan) enough. Went to have new tyres fitted to our car,whilst we were waiting we went for a coffee and had to pass not just any car yard but CARWORKS [my husbands favourite passtime] From the word go we now know why they WORK.We were not approached straight away as we browsed and in no way hassled.We drove our car in for a valuation.prices on both cars added up to a great deal,resulting in a lovely low kilometre ford mondeo and two very happy customers that were treated like VIPS.Thank you carworks especially Deacon.
