I was a regular customer of woden cash converters paying my lo a nd of before they needed to be and always polite , my last visit was when I went to pay my loan and collect my items after calling the store to verify the owing amount as to ensure I had the correct amount on me , after speaking to staff In-store I was quoted $215 more than what I was told over the phone by there staff member after explaining I had spoken to a staff member before I came in store and this couldn't be c o erect I was told that the staff member must not have seen the latest interest to be added this is why the amount is different and as I'm not happy with there service I'm not to use there guys and loans service anymore or unless I speak with the manager and have them decide , as a customer especially when they want so much interest we have a right to ask were our money is going but obviously that's a subject not to be discussed and we obviously don't have any rights in this store .
