My boys who are now in their 20's have been attending this practice sice they were toddlers. They have perfect teeth due to the excellent preventative treatments provided and they have no fear of the Dentist. It is evident that the Dentists care about their patients. It is like visiting family at the 6 monthy appointments.I have nothing but praise for this practice.
i just take my son to this dentistry the first time.
1)Great enviroment for kids. It has Nice australia wall art to disdract your kid if she is nervous at first few visits to dentist.
2) Friendly dentists, very patient and nice and gentle to my son.
3) rewards show bag at the end.
4) we are not eligible to the Medicare rebate, so out of pocket, It is expensive , but it worth to go just for your kid's better teeth sake! i think it is very important for the kids that they are not fear to see dentist from the start.
Very expensive - each visit was no less than $200 for a check up and minor procedure, not very professional, they wouldn't pick up the cavity which was later discovered by another dentist few days later. Sorry, but this price is not meeting the level of standards, children's practice should be more reasonable, not less :/
We've been visiting this dentistry clinic for over 20 years: 4 children under 5 when we started. My 21 year old son is visiting them tomorrow, flying back from Perth to do so. The staff are exceptional, the preventative care ahead of its time and yes, there is a cost to this but not that different from other businesses. Just tonight my 17 year old daughter said she is never going anywhere else. The fact that my children care for their teeth, have no fillings and no fear of the dentist is priceless in my opinion. They are busy and booked out because they are brilliant at what they do. Put your name on a waiting list, cancellations come up all the time. Other than that - I can only say, it is worth the wait.
Never even made it to a first appointment. Wanted $130 for an initial consultation, and my daughter is 4y/o with no previous dential problems/history. Reception must have told me 7 times that Saturdays are busy. Even after I told them that I work full-time and was in no urgency, they still felt the need to repeat this to me. I felt they treated me like a child and didn't want weekend business.... Sorry to all the working parents! Can't recommend this joint to anybody that is limited to weekends for medical checkups!
