Not friendly, money orientated. No compassion for pets and their owners. Pouring outdated knowledge to customers thinking that we are all uneducated. Worst vet ever.

I have been taking my animals there for years, the service and care has been good. Lately though it seems as though they are pushing the more expensive option rather than a sensible alternative. My dog had an infection and rather than checking the urine and running preliminary tests they suggested xrays to check there were no other issues. In all other aspects my dog was fine but being a concerned pet owner I thought I needed to follow their guidance so it ended up costing me over $1000 when it could have been treated for under $300. This kind of expense is not easy to fund and means next time when my dog really needs the xray I will struggle. Disappointed !

We've only been to this Vet once in January to put our dog to sleep (it was after hours and our usual vet was already closed - poor dog was suffering big time) and the staff handled this with absolute professionalism and compassion. Will always highly recommend them.

Very friendly staff and professional service. I have been going there for more than twently plus years now and wouldn't take my animals elsewhere. Would highly recommend this vet practice to all my family and friends :)

My two cats are always well taken care of at Castle Hill Vet! The staff are very friendly, and the level of care and professionalism is high. My dog also loves coming to the vet, because everyone there makes it an enjoyable experience.
