Cats 'R' Us

Appalling customer service by the new male owner of this business.
I have previously boarded my cat there for 10+ years with exceptional service.

Our experience with Cats 'R' Us was a brief one, but through absolutely no fault of the place. Our cat Lily was 18 years old and it was with mixed feelings that we had left her in a cattery, as we were needing to travel interstate over the following days. Lynne from Cats 'R' Us called us in the afternoon of the first day, saying that she was taking Lily to the vet as Lily's condition had deteriorated. We rushed to the vet, but unfortunately, Lily's medical conditions made what was a difficult choice the only one.

Lynne from Cats'R'Us stayed with us at the vet for the whole time (over three hours outside of normal business hours) of her own choice. She provided considerable comfort to our family. Her huge dedication and obvious love of cats was wonderful and made that day bearable. We would not hesitate in thoroughly recommending the staff and the facilities of Cats'R'Us, as well as those at the Beaconsfield Vet clinic.

We love taking our cat to Cats R Us. My wife and I have been taking our Cat here for 4 years. You can tell the staff love animals and they are treated well.

You won't find a better place to care for your fur ball ,the staff are really patient and understanding and give you all the time you need , the accommodation is cosy and maintained in excellent condition , my kitty is 18 and has medication administrated at different times of the day , she came home healthier than when I sent her in. I would defiantly recommend Cats are us , a special retreat for the one you love
