Do not trust these people to do inspection certificates. They firstly failed to provide me with all the documentation from the Blue Slip, then when I took it to Service NSW they advised me that CB Autocare had failed to complete the Blue Slip inspection properly. It was missing key information and was not useable. When queried by Service NSW and myself, they replied that the customer was supposed to fill it out not them - details that a customer has no way of knowing. This is both incompetence and refusal to take responsibility for the service they charge for. Utterly disgraceul.
I'd thought ive save some money sourcing them out of groupon , bragging a $55 service but they smashed me with a $400 bill on a leaking brake master cylinder which they would take 4 days to send away and recondition.
After cross referencing from other local mechanics I found that you could buy a brand new one for half the price.
First and last time steer away from these people!!
