Steer well clear of this company as after sales service does not happen . After numerous requsts for a sercice call nil response . WE even offered to pay to rectify roof issues still no response. A roof restoration is expensive at least you would expect service for the waranty period. THey apopear to be interested in New work only ///
This is the second time we've used Chris and his team to change the look of our home. We are glad we've trusted Chris with the painting of our roof. Although he's busy, he maintains the personal service and is available for questions and quickly fixed any concerns we had. Would use again!
Since writing this review, we have been extremely disappointed. We are now waiting on Shieldcoat, to fix the poor paint job, which faded and went powdery within 6 months of application. It took lots of phone calls to get any response. Finally, we were palmed off to the poor people at Shield coat who have to fix the job. They have been wonderful but we certainly won't be a repeat customer of CBD again.
