A Celebrant For All OccasionsPenny Hartelt is young and energetic and has a friendly and fresh approach to weddings and other ceremonies. My weddings are relaxed, yet professional and take into account all sorts of personalities, desires and needs.
I will be your celebrant for all occasions including -
- Wedding ceremonies
- Commitment ceremonies
- Renewal of vows
- Naming ceremonies
- Registry office style weddings
A complete service is provided, with ongoing consultation to ensure the perfect ceremony. Legal requirements will be explained to you, as well as the various elements of your ceremony. A rehearsal will be held, and a PA system is provided for your important day.

I would like to thank Penny from the bottom of my heart. She was a wonderful addition to our wedding day. She is charming and an absolute 'ray of sunshine'. We held a small wedding ceremony at the Hotel Windsor (20 guests) and everyone was genuinely delighted with Penny. She is very personable and also very professional. She performed the marriage of our son and our new daughter-in-law this weekend (1st May) and did a wonderful job.
She was warm and friendly but also very professional.
The wedding party was made to feel relax (and yes the groom was nervous). She was wonderful at ensuring that the ceremony went smoothly and felt both official but also had a sense of warmth and family involvement.
