Nicole gives a professional service in everything she does, she goes through in detail what you are having done so you feel comfortable. I recently had hypnosis done for anxiety and she made me feel calm and comfortable explaining the steps and in detail of how it works and i walked out of there like a new woman i understand results are different but i haven't had an anxiety attack since.. amazing woman and amazing service highly recommend her :)

Our dancers have been using CSS for a number of months now and are thrilled with the high level of service and products used.
Nichole is a true delight to work with and comes highly recommended for tanning, waxing and IPL :)

I've never been to get a tan before and was very hesitant.

I was overly surprised at how professional they were. Created a wonderful fun loving environment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked using a Living Social voucher in September. The earliest appointment I could get was for late November but when I called to confirm my booking (as I didn't receive the promised text message) I was told that the clinic had closed down and would have to go elsewhere. When I asked when they closed and when I could rebook (as this was news to me) they launched into a tirade of abuse before hanging up on me. Stupidly I called back (I really wanted this IPL!) I was abused further. I had to end the call as I was over being yelled at and really hope that I am not out the $100 spent so far (and in a way glad I haven't gone because I would not trust them with my skin!)

Nichole is amazing at what she does. The laser waxing is fantastic and i love not having to shave so often. She has great products available on site for sale and she's so friendly and cheerful all the time. This busy lady is always on the look out for new products that will suit her customers, fit into their price range and make them feel fantastic :-)
