Save your time and money, this company is the worsted I’ve ever dealt with, Lorraine is incompetent, she will tell you that your screen is on its way when in fact it’s not, I’ve wait a whole year to get my last security screen fitted, and just a few weeks ago Lorraine said that they had to send it off to get the screen powder coated to the same colour as my other beige screens, then she sends her son around today to fit a black screen in which we didn’t order in that colour , so my husband sent him on his way, I texted her asking what happened and apparently she said my text was rude when in fact i was only speaking the truth in what I think of her and their business. Most unreliable business on the Gold Coast.
Like the previous reviewer, I am very disappointed with Lorraine's customer service and professionalism. I had an appoinitment for a measure and quote that didn't show up. I tried all afternoon to contact them inc;luding leaving a message. I finally got through this morning but was told dismissievely they are now closed for Christmas and she has no idea what happened - no offer to follow up etc. When I suggested politely nor apparently does she care she hung up on me. Not someone I wish to pay money to.
Extremely disappointed with Lorraine and Jon's customer service and lack of professionalism.
I was told to take my business elsewhere by them via email when I was trying to chase up my pensioner mother's security screen and why it was taking so long for installation.
It took me 2 weeks of emails and phone calls chasing them up for just the quote - after waiting 3 weeks, it turns out my order was never placed and I was given the run around.
Save yourselves the stress and disappointment and go elsewhere.
