Central Tourist Park

I have just checked out from our three night stay , the tourist park staff were very welcoming my friend and I had travelled from Victoria and the lady's here really looked after us and made us feel at home. It was quiet yet nice and close to the town just a $10 taxi ride into restaurants and nightlife, the villas had everything we needed for a cheap quick and easy stay for two travellers booking last minute

Would not recommend staying here. There were bed bugs in the worn out old bed. Staff rude. And also seen what looked to be poo in one of there washing machines

Worst place we've had the misfortunate of being to - and we travel quite regularly. Stay away from this place. We arrived there after 7pm, having driven over two hours. Had to make our own beds and had no hot water for showers. Beds are beyond their use-by-dates. As if that wasn't enough, we had no power in the morning because the fuse in the cabin blew. The staff who came to investigate didn't listen to our concerns when we tried to explain the situation. Staff had the nerve to want to pick an argument with us. Staff even told us to go use the public amenities despite us paying for an en-suite cabin. Another person came and gave us another cabin to shower in. At no point were we given an apology. The staff here need to learn basic customer service and hospitality skills. Just be aware, check-out is at 9am and you have to take your linen back to the office and remove your own rubbish. Otherwise, you get charged. My advice - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I've stayed there for a couple of months, and that was sweet as. I have the best time at this place. I was amazed at how clean everything was and how friendly every one, including the staff was. They are very helpful. That is a great family caravan park and really affordable. I will go back again, any time.

So Rude!! Cockroaches everywhere in the cabins. You have to carry your own linen up. They did not appreciate being told things were wrong and basically told us to behave next time. Would not recommend to anyone at all.
