Chemist is ill-informed, so are some members of the staff who are also rude. In this store profit is clearly a priority over customer satisfaction. I went in to speak to the chemist for a decongestant after losing 2 nights sleep due to a common cold. I rarely get sick but when I do it hits hard. Taking time off work is not an option for me and working with little to no sleep in my industry is hazardous. I explained my symptoms along with medications that have not worked for me in the past. Sudafed PE is useless (well known and proven fact) and the burning sensation I've received from a nasal spray in the past is equally as unpleasant as the initial ailment. Regardless of this, the chemist suggested the staff member hand me Codral PE along with the same nasal spray I shared my concern with just seconds before.
