Bought a Scoupon voucher. Rang the phone numbers for this salon & both were disconnected. The salon & the mall that it is located in are not inviting & quite dated. The beds have old floral bedspreads on them & look unhygienic. The facial was not enjoyable. They kept spraying something on my face that was burning & stinging & it was painful. There was someone laying less than 1 metre from me in the same room getting a facial. I was glad when it was over. Unfortunately I would not go back even if free :(

Was given a gift voucher as a present only to be told by the management staff that it had the wrong signature so I couldn't use it. After a day of phone calls they agreed to book my pedicure and facial in. During the pedicure they cut the cuticle so it was bleeding for 5+mins so I asked for a refund for the facial all I got was yelling. Horrible place don't go there

Got a scoopon deal for a facial. Was well worth money spent, both me and my mother went and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our appointment was at 9am and they were on time. Unsure from other reviews how the experience was so bad, I would go back as the manager was very nice and made us feel welcome.

I bought a Scoopon to try a pedicure at this salon. I had an appointment booked for 11am and received a text from this salon to confirm appointment and request me to be on time. When I arrived I was told I had to wait for 45 minutes for my pedicure. I told management that they could have notified me that they were running late. While I was waiting employees were laughing and constantly speaking in their language and was very disrespectful to other clients waiting. Found this business to be very unprofessional and very disappointed that it is in Boronia shopping mall and would love the management of Boronia to find better businesses to boost Boronia shopping. Would definitely not recommend this business.

WORST FACIAL EVER! The facial was not conducted one-on-one and there was only one person who really knew what a staff should be doing. While this staff was performing facials, staff was teaching its assistant on how to perform the facial and when the assistant did the facial cleanse on me, there was water trickling down my neck and on to my clothes. Highly unprofessional. The room is small and the staff is treating 4 clients at the same time. There is no communication between the client and the therapist. The atmosphere, the bed and the service was absolutely not professional and not a facial. The assistant actually gave me a massage with all my clothes still on and the head massage was so painful I had to ask the assistant to stop (assistant was pulling my hair!!). Came on a Scoopon deal and wouldn't return ever for any type of treatment, the environment was nasty, and unprofessional!
