Chase Chocolate Notes

Enjoyed some lovely pumpkin soup and toast for lunch, 10 out of 10. We then ordered coffee and date scones with jam and cream. Coffee was great but we didn't expect to be served stale scones. I make scones myself regularly and even at 1 day old warmed in the microwave are fine. The scones from Danes were extremely dry as hard as a rock once they went cold. Very disappointing.

Chase Chocolate Notes is a very comfortable small boutique style cafe, situated on the Main Street of Woodside. As I wrote this review enjoying a very nice coffee, Danes Speciality Coffee Sydney. Comfortable table and chairs, with a display cabinet full of a good range of lunch options. The service from the owner operator was friendly and helpful. Papers are supplied to read. Really like this style of cafe for friendliness, coffee, with a relaxing ambience.
