Chatswood Medical & Dental Centre

I visited the HCF Dental clinic in Chatswood recently and had my teeth cleaned.
The service was exceptional.
Highly recommended.

14/02/2018 drive 20min to the medical centre. Advertised close at 10pm, but stop taking patient at 9:30pm.

So you shouldn’t put your closing hours at 10pm? Closing at 10 means you stop taking patient at 10pm. If you have only one doctor and by 8 pm you have 20 patient, does that mean you stop taking patient at 8pm?

Where is the professionalism as a doctor? Not all should be respected at all. Playing other people’s life and judging patients as manufacturing products.

The waits are usually an hour and this is hard when you have a sick child in tow, but the doctors are good and it's a large, well-located practice

Waiting 2 hours today 25 January 2018 to get a Medical Clearance certificate signature from ANY Doctor to enroll in a gym course. Terrible service. Will go elsewhere next time.

The doctor I saw is actually good however the staff a horrible!! Not only am I early to be booked in with a specific doctor but 2hrs later I needed to get up to see why it's taken so long to be seen only to be told that they have lost my booking and to be told I never booked in!! I haven't been here in ages and had my normal doctor been open on Sunday I would not have come here!! Honestly don't bother!! I advise if you can wait it out to see your normal GP do it as you will only be disappointed!
